The Compact High-Speed Expandable Automation is our newest system that will grow with your business. This solution brings you the true load unload cycle time of 54 seconds while a simultaneous load unload operations.

The Compact High-Speed Expandable Automation starts with a simple load unload system but later on you can add a tower or second tower, another laser or a second laser in the cell. This allows your grows and your production demands increase. Tower height is customizable to the height of the facility ceiling.

The max weight of material for this automation system is 6,600 lbs per pallet. The Compact High-Speed Expandable Automation allows for a max material thickness of up to either 0.50 inch or 1.0 inch.

The Compact Vertical Flexible Manufacturing System is compact in design and delivers the flexibility to automate many material types/thicknesses.

This automation solution offers high storage by holding raw and processed materials. To maximize storage capacity, the tower height is customizable to the height of the facility ceiling. Designs are modular, enabling the addition of multiple storage towers and unload configurations, but are dedicated to a single machine system.

The max weight of material for this automation system is 6,600 lbs per pallet. The Compact Vertical Flexible Manufacturing System allows for a max material thickness of up to either 0.50 inch or 1.0 inch.

Compact Vertical Load Unload Automation for Mazak Laser Machines

The Compact Vertical Load Unload is an automatic material handling solution suitable for any small space.

It is simple in design with one loading and two unloading pallets that are directly on top of the laser pallet. Having the pallets stack vertically makes this automation perfect with it's small footprint. It is an economical and compact load unload solution for those who have limited floor space. This automation solution is also ideal for operations with fewer material changes such as batch production.

The pallets are 3,000 pounds each. The max weight of material for this automation system is 660 lbs per pallet of 1,980 pounds total. The Compact Vertical Load Unload allows for a max material thickness of up to either 0.50 inch or 1.0 inch.

Compact Manufacturing Cell Automation for Mazak Laser Machines

Compact automation for Optiplex Series machines
Process: 2D Automation

The Compact Manufacturing Cell consists of a 10 pallet stocker which can be supplied with up to 2,200 lbs. of various materials up to 1 inch thick. The materials are then automatically loaded and unloaded between the stocker and laser machine.

While a pallet of material is being processed, the system selects a new pallet from the stocker. Once the original pallet is finished processing, it is unloaded from the machine and the new pallet is loaded. Then, the processed pallet is moved to be sorted or stored in the stocker.

The loading and unloading of materials occur on the same side of the Compact Manufacturing Cell, resulting in a reduced traffic line and smaller footprint than similar systems. The system also does not require micro joints to keep cut parts and the skeleton attached, which further simplifies processing.

An optional sorting station for better access to the cut parts and a work lifter are also available to customize the Compact Manufacturing Cell.
