Manufacturing in the automotive industry is changing due to the advancement of electrification and innovations such as gigacasting which integrally molds large structural parts.

Mazak therefore developed the FF-1250H horizontal machining center, which is ideal for mass-producing large aluminium die-cast parts that are integrally molded.

The Mazak FF-1250H is equipped with a tilting rotary table, which has two rotary axis (A- and B-axis), can change the workpiece orientation freely, enabling multi-surface continuous machining without setup changes.

The large 2-axis table boasts a maximum loading workpiece size of Φ1600 mm × 1100 mm, and 650 kg

The Mazak Mazak FF-1250H is equipped with a HSK-A100 spindle for heavy duty machining of aluminium workpieces, and accepts large-diameter face mills and heavy-duty tools, up to Φ250 mm maximum tool diameter, 450 mm length, and 30 kg weight.
