Expanding on the success of the world class Agile Flex CNC machine loading products, Agile Robotic Systems have unveiled four new automation systems at IMTS 2024, taking the full Agile Flex line-up to nine models across three series.

For over seven decades John Hart has been providing Australian industry with the world’s most innovative and advanced manufacturing technologies. Drawing upon a wealth of experience in machine tools and robotic automation, John Hart has developed a range of revolutionary CNC machine tool loading products under the Agile Robotic Systems brand name.
As well as marketing the products here in Australia, John Hart opened its own Agile Robotic Systems branded US headquarters in Cincinnati Ohio, and established a reseller network throughout key US regional centres.
The flagship product, the Agile Flex, is a range of out of the box robotic loading systems for CNC machine tools. Rapid to deploy, compact and easy to use, Agile Flex has been developed to add lights out machining at a very affordable price to any brand of CNC machine.
Having been successfully installed into a number of machine shops and on a variety of CNC machine tool brands, the Agile Flex has developed significant momentum in the US market due to its reputation for best in class software and maximum productivity out of the box at a market leading price.
In 2024 Agile Robotic Systems introduced four new automation systems to complement the existing models in the Agile Flex range and exhibited examples of the new systems at IMTS 2024 in Chicago, enjoying lots of visitor attention and social media coverage from industry commentators and influencers.
