Another John Hart turnkey machining cell ready to deliver more productivity

Watch John Hart performing final testing and packout for delivery of a high capacity vise automation system.

Final testing and packout for delivery of a turnkey machining cell developed to increase the utilisation of two legacy Mazak Variaxis 5-axis machining centers.

This Agile Modular robotic loading system can run unmanned for extended periods handling up to 50 workpieces held in Lang Makro-grip vises, which are stored in high capacity storage racks and fed into the system through a manually rotated indexing table.

The machine loading is handled by a 6-axis Fanuc R-2000iC/125 long reach robot, with a generous 3,100mm work envelope and a maximum part weight of 50kg.

Stay tuned for a future update on this innovative machine loading solution.
