The new SmoothTUBE CNC is a step-change for tube and pipe laser processing with an outstanding operator interface, it is easy-to-program and all the relevant machine information is quickly available.
Mazak's SmoothTUBE CNC system features a new Graphical User Interface that makes the utilisation of the control simple and intuitive and also a new Human Machine Interface that has a number of benefits for the operator, including easy production scheduling and programming.
With the dual monitor it is also possible to run multiple applications simultaneously, such as production status and cutting conditions. The large 21.5-inch screen on both monitors enables checking of the machine status with the touch of a finger.
3D laser processing of pipes and structural materials can be easily achieved with high-accuracy. Through years of development, the new SmoothTUBE CNC system has incorporated accumulated expertise to greatly enhance operability and productivity.
