Located in Ayr Queensland, QMN Manufacturing (QMN) is an Australian family owned company which commenced business in 1984 as a small engineering workshop with just five employees.
Today, QMN employ around 30 staff, and rely on a long term relationship with John Hart for CNC machines and robotic automation systems to help improve product quality, performance and reliability as well as to help reduce their manufacturing costs.
QMN manufacture a complete range of hydraulic cylinders ranging from 1.5” to 5” and can manufacture special cylinders up to 9” in diameter. QMN are one of the largest producers of quality hydraulic cylinders and components nationally. Their current capacity is 20,000 hydraulic cylinders each year, with the ability to scale to over 40,000 cylinders per year.

The Quick Turn will receive a robotic machine tending system in the next few weeks – an Agile Flex 35P.
