Notably, this Mazak will allow Unidan to produce over 150 pre-existing machined items in-house.

Unidan the Unimog specialist
Based in Yatala on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Unidan Engineering – the Unimog specialist was founded by Daniel Mavin in 2011.
With a career in the motor-fabricating industry spanning more than 22 years, and having been trained by some of the most experienced people in Australia’s motor sport industry, Dan has spent many years building and driving 4WDs, camper trailers and motor homes.
Since acquiring his first Unimog in 2008, Dan has taken his Unimogs to places and over terrain that four wheels are not supposed to be able to go. With a wealth of experience traveling off-road all over Australia, he has incredible insight into what makes for a comfortable and reliable vehicle and, in turn, an enjoyable trip.
After years being part of the off-road, 4×4 and Unimog world, Dan now lives his passion by repairing, customising and building some of the world’s most impressive and remarkable machines.
With a team of highly experienced tradesmen who are committed to exceptional workmanship, Unidan caters to every Unimog need and specialises in vehicles for commercial as well as recreational use.
