The next generation Mazak Variaxis i-800 NEO vertical machining center delivers advanced multiple-surface simultaneous machining capability in a faster, more compact machine.

In addition to the series’ standard tilting/rotary table with roller gear cam technology and its high-rigidity construction, the NEO configuration offers a greater range of automation and spindle options as well as numerous improvements throughout the machine.

These features – along with the new MAZATROL SmoothAi CNC and its range of AI-powered SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY solutions – make this the most flexible Mazak Variaxis machine yet.

With a high-performance standard spindle and a complete range of optional configurations, the Mazak Variaxis i-800 NEO can cover a wide range of material and application requirements.

Applications

The Mazak Variaxis i Series’ 5-axis machining capability reduces cycle time with effective process integration – and with expanded axis strokes, faster rapid traverse rates, longer maximum tool length and shorter tool-to-tool loading times, among other improvements, the new NEO configuration makes it possible to produce an even greater variety of workpieces efficiently.
