The Mazak Integrex e-500H multi-tasking machining center is a complete fusion of CNC turning center and machining center, forming by far the most advanced multi-tasking machine in the industry. It allows for turning, milling, boring, and drilling operations in a single setup, greatly reducing processing time and improving workflow efficiency.
Mazak designed the Integrex e-500H to handle heavy, large-diameter, shaft-type workpieces across a variety of applications. It’s equipped with a high-output integral spindle motor with dual gear ranges, and a drop-worm system. As a result, this system performs with the same positioning accuracy as a machining center rotary table to drive the C-axis within 0.0001-degree increments.
The Mazak Integrex e-500H features robust milling capabilities, supported by a 50 taper, single spindle turret and an automatic tool changer.
