UDS International have invested in a Mazak QT-Compact 300MY, a meticulously designed machine crafted to meet a wide range of production requirements.
The Mazak QT-Compact 300MY is a user friendly CNC multi-function lathe with a Y-axis that can be counted on to increase productivity levels.
The machine is equipped with a high rigidity integral spindle/motor for unsurpassed machining performance – no gears or belts are used that can generate vibration during machining.
C-axis indexing in 0.001° increments plus rotary tools mounted on turret provide exceptional versatility. High accuracy positioning is ensured by the high rigidity linear roller guides and direct coupled servo motors on all linear axes.
The Mazak QT-Compact 300MY is equipped with the MAZATROL SmoothC CNC enabling operators to generate CNC programs for basic turning, milling, drilling and tapping operations with complete ease.
