Designed for high performance, productivity and precision, the Mazak VCN-600 is an ideal addition to Fetha’s existing fleet of Mazak machining centers.
The Mazak VCN-600 expands on Fetha’s renowned reputation for innovative solutions and high quality precision CNC machining.
The machine is designed to significantly improve productivity rates for manufacturers undertaking everything from heavy-duty cutting to high-speed dynamic milling. The high-performance vertical machining center features a generous working envelope with an axis travel of X-1,050/ Y-600/ Z-600 mm.
The machine is equipped with a high-speed 15,000 min-1/ 22 kW spindle which offers unsurpassed productivity for a wide range of applications, and a cam-driven double arm automatic tool changer with servo-driven 30 tool magazine.
High-rigidity linear roller guides utilised on all linear axes provide improved positioning accuracy compared to slideways. Stable machining accuracy is ensured over an extended time period. Direct drive servo motors offer superior accuracy and repeatability.
The Mazak VCN-600 is equipped with a MAZATROL SmoothG CNC, offering highly optimized CNC programming for complex part production. The control incorporates a wide variety of advanced CNC programming functions that allow it to offer complete ease of use and ensure high-speed, high-accuracy CNC machining performance.
