The refined performance of the Mazak HCN-4000 NEO and the Mazak HCN-6800 NEO along with the Mazak Variaxis i-700 NEO have been redesigned and enhanced with CNC, spindle and automation features and options that further improve power, speed and capacity.

Mazak HCN-4000 NEO with HighRise PALLETECH System
The Mazak HCN-4000 NEO is a high-speed, high-precision horizontal machining center that achieves both high productivity and reduced environmental impact.
The next-generation horizontal machining center achieves maximum productivity with virtually any type of material. The automation-ready Mazak HCN-4000 NEO features a spacious work envelope and pallet size, a rapid traverse speed and five spindle choices. Updated design features enhance every aspect of performance from the three-point leveling bed to linear roller guides. The integral spindle/motor minimizes vibration for exceptional surface finishes and longer tool life even at high speeds.
Mazak HCN-6800 NEO
The Mazak HCN-6800 NEO comes with unsurpassed performance, precision, reliability and production value.
The Mazak HCN-6800 NEO is the next generation of Mazak's world-class Mazak HCN-6800 horizontal machining center. The redesigned, space-saving configuration brings significant improvements that allow high-volume processing of large, heavy parts with even greater ease. Enhancements like new Al-powered software, larger Y-axis LM guides, and expanded spindle and automation options enable shops to do more and make more.
Mazak Variaxis i-700 NEO
The next-generation Mazak Variaxis i-700 NEO vertical machining center provides advanced multiple-surface, simultaneous 5-axis machining capabilities for accurate single-setup processing of parts with complex profiled surfaces.
The Mazak Variaxis i-700 NEO offers multiple spindle specifications, large tool-magazine capacities and various coolant/chip control systems. The machine handles parts up to 850 mm in diameter and 500 mm high. A 40-taper spindle with compact nose design increases Z-axis stroke while a rotary/tilt table with roller gear cam technology eliminates backlash.
